When plumbing, electrical or other repairs require the specialized touch, we work with a long list of subcontractors who can even provide same-day service. We have maintained long-lasting relationships with these companies, so you can be assured of high-quality work at surprisingly affordable rates.
Housekeeping:
We boast a strict cleaning regimen and set a high standard. We’ll ensure your property is immaculate on your arrival. We’re also available while you’re here to keep things sparkling. When you depart, don’t worry about the dishes, the beds or disposing of perishables…we’ll do all that for you. We also have a laundry facility on-premises, so we don’t need to send your laundry out to a third party.
Spa Service:
Our certified spa technicians will see to the exacting needs of your slice of paradise. We’ll maintain your hot tub throughout the duration of our cold winter months as well as summer so that it is ready for you at any time.
Vehicle Service:
Need a ride to or from the airport? We can leave your car for you and pick it up after you’ve left, or we’ll gladly meet and drop you off directly. And who wants to sit around a dealership half the day when you could be vacationing? We’ll stay on top of all the needed maintenance and registration needs for your vehicle.
Property Checks:
One of our feature services, our checks are your eyes and ears when you’re not here. We make sure your property is always secure while also checking for problems or potential problems. We will notify you of anything that needs attention or, if you prefer, we’ll just take care of it.
