Prospector is one of the more established and affordable neighborhoods in Park City and offers single-family, multi-family and condominium properties that are located in a neighborhood business hub, on the free bus route, walking distance to three public schools, and close to both Park City Mountain and Deer Valley® Resort ski resorts.
These neighborhoods are bordered by The Rail Trail, which connects to the Park City trail system. There are also neighborhood parks and the popular Silver Mountain Sports Club. Residents who enjoy being in the center of activity enjoy living in Prospector. The Prospector neighborhoods are almost all full-time local residents however, there are some great properties options that would make great second homes.
