The Silver Springs neighborhoods are very popular with full-time residents and include Silver Springs, Northshore, Southshore and Ranch Place. These flatter neighborhoods have mature trees, are close to parks and connected to Kimball Junction and Park City through the trail system. Silver Springs is also near the Canyons Ski Resort. The Silver Springs master homeowners association offers two lakes for row boating or kayaking, tennis courts, and private parks. There are second-home options for both condominiums and single-family homes, some with excellent mountain views.
